You will coordinate B2B advisor recruiting marketing and B2C investor marketing, shaping audience strategies, messaging, and success metrics.

You will partner with Brand, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, and Compliance to drive campaigns, measure results, and optimize the recruiting funnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear language.
• Strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated B2B and B2C marketing programs.
• Collaborate across EAR and AFIG marketing to address audiences and messaging.
• Create content and oversee messaging frameworks across channels.
• Monitor marketing performance and optimize the funnel.
• Coordinate with Recruiting Leadership, Brand, Digital Marketing, and Compliance.
• Support marketing content libraries and marketing requests.
