Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Marketing Manager for EAR & AFIG to lead integrated programs across B2B and B2C audiences, aligning messaging with business objectives and success metrics.

As part of the EAR & AFIG Marketing team, you will collaborate on strategies, content development, and tactics across channels, with delivery through emails, websites, social media, events, and partnerships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description

Looking for an individual passionate about Marketing! The Experienced Advisor Recruiting (EAR) & Ameriprise Financial Institutions Group (AFIG) Marketing Manager will lead and oversee integrated marketing programs across EAR and AFIG Marketing, specifically Business-to-Business advisor recruiting marketing and Business-to-Consumer investor marketing, addressing audiences, business objectives, messaging and success measures. As a member of the EAR & AFIG Marketing team, you will collaborate on marketing strategies, tactics and content development that drive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate on B2B marketing strategies that support EAR recruiting across channels (AFG, AAG and AFIG), including audience segmentation and tiering approach;
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing tactics that deliver key messages throughout the recruiting journey; tactics may include email marketing, website, Marketing Cloud, paid and organic social media, events and sponsorships;
  • Support execution of EAR marketing tactics and associated content development; ensure the messaging frameworks are activated and appropriately represented in content and creative; oversee budget allocation;
  • Create advisor stories and leader scripts; bring these stories to life in videos and other tactics; reinforce key messages;
  • Monitor and optimize marketing performance across the recruiting funnel, leveraging campaign analytics and candidate engagement data to improve conversion rates and marketing effectiveness;
  • Support AFIG business development and recruiting efforts where possible, connecting dots and bringing synergy across the team;
  • Support the development, execution, and fulfillment of AFIG white-label marketing programs for investment programs, including creation and maintenance of marketing content at both the program and financial institution levels; provide oversight of the Marketing Library, and fulfillment of marketing requests, which may include custom requests;
  • Work cross-functionally with several key teams including Recruiting Leadership, AFIG Leadership, Brand, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, Corporate Communications, Field Communications, Operations, Legal and Compliance

In-Office Collaboration

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $81,700 - $112,300/ year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances.
