Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of advisor development programs and manage logistics.
• Partner with leadership to evolve platform strategy and initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to enable platform adoption.
• Support advisor-facing initiatives, including trainings and events.
• Track program performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Develop and refine presentations and training materials for the platform.
