This role requires balancing big-picture thinking with detailed execution in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns; 6+ years preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading integrated campaigns across copy, video, graphic design, and paid media.
• Experience in the direct-selling industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through launch, completion, and performance evaluation.
• Define objectives, target audiences, key messaging, creative direction, requirements, and success measures.
• Maintain campaign cohesion, readiness, and effectiveness as priorities evolve.
• Develop cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Traffic Management.
• Translate campaign results into actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
