Advisors Excel, LLC is seeking a Strategic Marketing & Performance Coach in Topeka, KS. You will design marketing strategy and coach independent financial advisors to translate goals into repeatable plans spanning TV, radio, and digital platforms.

You’ll partner with advisors to ensure plans are executed and deliver measurable returns. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on coaching, including building lifecycle frameworks and guiding advisors through numbers to adjust course.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in strategic marketing, advertising, marketing consulting, or performance-focused client roles.
• Translate business goals into structured marketing strategies and frameworks.
• Experience coaching or consulting clients on marketing execution and performance improvement.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing: acquisition, nurture, conversion, referral.
• Comfort interpreting marketing performance data and turning it into recommendations clients understand.

Responsibilities

• Build the Marketing Strategy – turn advisor goals into a lifecycle roadmap with channels and KPIs.
• Coach Advisors One‑on‑One across TV, radio, and digital to review results and refine strategy.
• Turn Data Into Direction – analyze CRM, campaigns, and media performance to set KPIs and benchmarks.
• Partner With Internal Teams – collaborate with digital production, content, automation, and R&D for execution.
• Build Tools That Scale – create playbooks and coaching materials for consistent application.
