Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve operational processes, workflows, documentation, and governance for the marketing department.
• Manage departmental budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and payments; report spending to leadership.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, contracts, renewals, and compliance; liaise with procurement, legal, and partners.
• Support intake, prioritization, and capacity planning; monitor project throughput and deadlines.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and communications to keep stakeholders aligned.
