Job summary

BNBuilders is seeking a Marketing Manager (cross-regional) to plan, organize, write, and coordinate responses to RFPs and interview content. You will guide branding efforts and collaborate with pursuit teams across Washington, California, and Colorado to strengthen market presence.

The role requires strong marketing strategy skills, experience with RFP processes, and leadership to drive cross-regional initiatives across multiple market sectors.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of marketing and/or proposal development experience in the AEC industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in developing and managing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Proven ability in customer and market research.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing and project pursuit efforts for multiple regions and market sectors.
• Manage all details of the RFP process and ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Write and edit RFP responses for accuracy and clarity.
• Prioritize responses when receiving multiple RFPs and provide guidance on procedures.
• Maintain a library of RFP documentation and update as needed.
• Develop marketing strategies and budgets in collaboration with executives.
• Collaborate with sales and sourcing on partnerships and opportunities.
• Lead a marketing team to implement new concepts and channels.
