AAA Walnut Creek is seeking a strategic, creative Marketing Manager to lead acquisition, growth, and engagement for Auto and Home insurance products. You will scope GTM plans, translate product features into compelling stories, optimize funnels across channels, and collaborate with regional sales to boost new policy sales.

Reporting to the Director, P&C Insurance Marketing, you'll manage localized programs, lead agencies, forecast spend, and deliver ROI across MWG regions while developing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong marketing background.
• 5+ years in marketing disciplines and retail management, with media mix optimization and agency management.
• Experience in membership, loyalty or insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead sales acquisition and engagement strategies across MWG regions.
• Manage localized P&C Insurance marketing programs to drive traffic and new transactions.
• Lead agency management to align campaigns with strategy and ROI goals.
• Optimize sales channels to improve policyholder conversions.
• Partner with analytics to report MoM performance across non-digital channels.
• Forecast spend and provide metrics to VP & C-Suite; oversee an Associate Product Marketer.
