Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a strategic leader to own the product P&L and drive key business KPIs. You will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, analyze performance metrics, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to fuel growth and market impact.

The role requires MBA or Master’s level education, 4–6 years of relevant experience in retail or consumer goods, and a hybrid work setup with three days in Walnut Creek, CA.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Execution - Own Product P&L and manage key business KPIs to accomplish strategic goals.

• Manage marketing budget, tracking and invoicing.
• Lead ad-hoc projects and coordinate with agencies and vendors.
• Guide agencies and vendors to execute the communications plan.

NOTE: This role is hybrid and requires 3 days a week in our Walnut Creek, CA office.

Reporting to the Manager this role will be assigned full responsibility for a product and its business results with significant complexity and contribution to club performance. They will be accountable for managing product development and executing strategies and plans in partnership with cross-functional teams and external creative agencies.

Essential Functions

• Strategy and Execution - Own Product P&L and manage key business KPIs to accomplish strategic goals
• Marketing Strategic Plan Development & Execution – Responsible for development and execution of annual plans including business analytics, communication, digital and social media plans. Partner internally and externally to develop and execute marketing activities that drive growth and achieve targets
• Competitive Intelligence – Monitor competitor activities, including pricing, promotion, new product launches, advertising
• Marketing Budget – Manage marketing budget, including budget tracker, PO's and invoicing
• Project Management – Perform ad-hoc projects as needed to support Product Marketing Manager
• Communication/ Networking – Guide advertising agencies and production vendors to execute communication plan; Assist in vendor negotiations and selection to control expense; prepare materials with creative agencies

Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification

We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $132,465.00 - Mid: $165,580.00
