Job summary

Crystal Equation is seeking a Marketing Manager V to lead and grow marketing initiatives onsite across research, planning and execution. You will recruit and coach staff, manage budgets, forecast markets and align with sales plans.

Key responsibilities include developing opportunities, planning campaigns, analyzing data, and driving product-market fit while coordinating new product development. Strong leadership and communication are required.
