Job summary

HID Global Corporation seeks a Senior Marketing Manager for the Textile Services Group in Austin, TX. You will lead marketing strategy, build demand for RFID-enabled linen and uniform management solutions, and partner with sales, product, and regional teams to drive campaigns and pipeline.

You will develop customer stories, digital programs, events, and partner activation while guiding a team and measuring marketing ROI across hospitality and textile markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of B2B marketing, demand generation, or integrated marketing.
• Proven success with revenue growth and pipeline generation.
• Hospitality or hotel industry exposure is preferred.
• Experience with RFID, SaaS/software, automation, or OT is a plus.
• Hands-on digital marketing programs and content projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual marketing strategy and operating plan for Textile Services aligned to growth priorities.
• Partner with VP, Sales, Product, and regional teams to translate priorities into campaigns.
• Build understanding of hotel operations and the linen ecosystem.
• Shape customer segmentation and channel/partner marketing around opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop marketing professionals.
• Develop and run integrated campaigns across digital channels and events.
