Job summary

HID is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Textile Services, based in Austin with EMEA/UK scope. You will own the marketing strategy, lead digital campaigns, and collaborate with sales, product, and partners to drive demand for RFID-enabled linen and uniform management solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 6 years of B2B marketing experience with demand generation and integrated campaigns.
• Experience marketing to hospitality sector and RFID/linen management or related services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual marketing strategy and operating plan for Textile Services aligned to growth priorities.
• Partner with VP, Sales, Product Management, and regional teams to translate priorities into campaigns and assets.
• Develop customer segmentation and channel/partner marketing for hospitality and linen ecosystems.
• Lead, coach, and develop marketing professionals; manage external agencies and budgets.
• Execute integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, events; generate qualified opportunities.
• Create and optimize digital assets, landing pages, journeys, paid/organic content, and reporting.
• Build dashboards and lead-management rhythms with Sales to improve ROI and pipeline.
• Produce sales enablement materials, case studies, videos, and thought leadership content.
