Job summary

Alpha Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to own our overall marketing strategy and brand direction from Hawaiʻi. You will lead the Marketing team, build measurement systems, and determine where Alpha should invest and how it should show up across Maui and the islands.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, travel between islands, and building partnerships that strengthen Alpha’s reputation and impact. Maui is the preferred home base, with a strong emphasis on data‑driven results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, brand management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own Alpha’s overall marketing strategy and brand direction.
• Lead the Marketing team, build stronger systems and measurement practices.
• Build relationships across Hawaiʻi—Maui, Oʻahu, Kauaʻi, and Hawaiʻi Island.
• Lead events, sponsorships, community involvement, and external visibility.
• Build the marketing machine with workflows, calendars, and standards.
