Dakota Sioux Casino in Watertown, SD is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing department, drive promotional strategies, and manage budgets. You will coordinate with the General Manager and other departments to deliver advertising, events and reinvestment programs that grow revenue and brand exposure.

The role requires strategic vision for the property’s marketing direction, collaboration across divisions, and the ability to manage partnerships with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Advertising or related field with 4 years' management/administration experience.
• Experience in advertising/direct marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the Key Gaming License.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, control, evaluate and improve all sales & marketing operations with budget responsibility.
• Consult with primary income departments on short and long-term promotional strategies.
• Supervise preparation of promotional and event activities.
• Coordinate legal and contractual obligations with GM and fiscal department.
• Direct advertising, promotions, special events and reinvestment programs.
• Develop strategies to grow revenue and build brand awareness.
• Monitor expenses, payroll, accruals and variance reporting for assigned areas.
• Lead vendor relations and develop strategic alliances.
