Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or communications; or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years casino marketing or guest development experience.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of casino marketing concepts and customer loyalty programs.
• Experience with casino systems and player tracking/databases.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support casino hosts and player development staff daily.
• Monitor reinvestment and discretionary compensation for compliance with policies.
• Update client records to support development efforts.
• Plan and execute promotions, tournaments, VIP events.
• Identify reactivation opportunities and increase engagement.
• Generate reports on player activity and marketing performance.
• Ensure adherence to policies and service standards.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and coaching of team members.
