• Analytical and strategic thinker who translates insights into recommendations.
• Understanding of marketing measurement and analytics to evaluate performance.
• Track record of delivering measurable marketing outcomes through data-driven decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and marketing data, market trends, and insights to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Connect insights across the business to guide marketing programs and goals.
• Define value propositions, positioning, and audience prioritization for campaigns.
• Lead strategic artifacts like briefs, roadmaps, budgets, personas, and journey maps.
• Partner with channel owners, analytics, and execution leaders to maintain strategic alignment.
• Serve as strategic advisor to stakeholders and prioritize opportunities.
• Develop measurement strategies and test-and-learn approaches to optimize marketing.
• Communicate recommendations and performance insights to leadership.
• Contribute to near and long-term marketing planning with leadership.
