Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Mid-Atlantic Division, based in Arlington, Baltimore, Philadelphia or Newark. You will lead client-focused proposals, qualifications, and presentations that reflect Gilbane's brand and value proposition, coordinating with the BD team to elevate market visibility and drive client engagement.

You will develop content and campaigns, manage digital assets, and mentor junior staff, while staying attuned to industry trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years relevant experience in marketing and/or AEC industry.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and production of client qualifications, proposals, and presentations with focus on quality and deadlines.
• Manage content development and pursuits process with the BD team.
• Craft compelling narratives about clients, projects and Gilbane differentiators.
• Ensure external content aligns with Gilbane's brand and messaging guidelines.
• Develop marketing campaigns, branded content, awards, speaking submissions, and local events.
