Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Mid-Atlantic Division, based in Newark, Baltimore, or Philadelphia. You will lead client proposals and presentations, shape campaigns, and elevate market visibility in collaboration with the BD team.

You will craft narratives that reflect Gilbane's value, manage multiple deliverables, mentor teammates, and maintain a strong content pipeline across digital and print channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing/AEC industry or equivalent.
• Strong writing, presentation and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and production of client qualifications, proposals and presentations.
• Manage content development and pursuits with the Business Development team.
• Craft storytelling content about clients, projects and Gilbane differentiators.
• Ensure external content aligns with Gilbane's brand standards.
• Develop marketing campaigns, branded content, awards and events support.
• Oversee internal/external communications and digital assets.
