Job summary

Fullsteam Personnel, LLC is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to own marketing strategy, prioritization, and execution across multiple business units. You will partner with Presidents, Sales, and Product leaders to translate goals into focused plans and lead two internal marketers, with oversight of contract resources.

The role requires managing a full-funnel marketing program, aligning resources, and driving revenue growth across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
5–8+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B, SaaS, software, technology, or multi-brand environments.
Experience owning integrated marketing strategies aligned to revenue objectives.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and translate business needs into marketing priorities.
Experience coordinating cross-functional or shared marketing resources across channels.

Responsibilities

Partner with business unit Presidents and Sales/Product leaders to align priorities with objectives.
Own the marketing roadmap for assigned business units and allocate resources for maximum impact.
Prioritize initiatives based on impact, growth potential, and available resources.
Direct and coordinate shared marketing resources across demand generation, content, digital, and events.
Lead and develop two internal marketing team members with clear goals and accountability.
Establish roles, goals and decision-making authority for reports and contractors.
Monitor KPIs (pipeline, leads, conversions, CAC) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Develop briefs, timelines and success metrics for initiatives and resources.
