Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Negotiator for Crop Insurance prospects and programs in Houston. You will manage marketing materials, negotiate with carriers, and support producers in new business opportunities.

You will develop the Crop division, foster relationships with carriers and vendors, analyze exposures, review quotes, and prepare proposals and binders. Mentoring staff and ensuring data integrity are also key responsibilities within the Alliant Specialty division.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience required.
• Eight or more years of related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License required.
• Continuing Education requirements must be maintained for license renewal.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the Alliant Crop division and related programs to generate revenue.
• Foster and manage relationships with carriers, wholesalers, and other vendors to retain accounts.
• Support producers in developing new business opportunities and prospects.
• Analyze exposures and draft renewal or new business specifications for marketing.
• Review policies and determine appropriate coverage and identify deficiencies.
• Collaborate on renewal strategy to obtain competitive quotes.
• Conduct marketing, negotiate rates, review quotes for competitiveness and accuracy.
• Prepare proposals and binders; issue certificates as needed.
• Mentor staff to support the Marketing Manager.
• Ensure data integrity in the agency management system.
