Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Support Coordinator to promote the company’s product portfolio and develop the Marketing Department to increase revenue and profit.

In office Monday - Friday, Hours: 7:30-4:30 Monday - Thursday, 7:30 - 2:00 Friday. Compensation is a combination of base + incentive. Bachelor's in marketing or related field preferred; 3+ years in insurance related field expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years general insurance industry or related field experience.
• Life/Health Insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's product portfolio by being proficient within product area assignment and familiar with all company products and services.
• Handle 50-100 telephone calls per day with agencies and agents on all aspects of assigned products.
• Recruit, train, service and assist agents to enable agents to produce at highest level possible.
• Assist agents with issues including recruitment kits for carriers, training, contracting, certification, and electronic signatures.
• Communicate with agents regarding product information, rate changes and key agent benefits.
• Monitor compliance with program reporting rules and sales requirements.
• Provide technical support training, sales and marketing coaching.
• Identify top producers and recruit agents for special opportunities.
