Job summary

HORAN Wealth is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic planning, coordination, and evaluation of firm-sponsored events and marketing initiatives in Cincinnati. You will work cross-functionally with leadership, PR, sales, and service teams to align programs with HORAN Wealth’s goals and brand standards.

The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and professional, with strong writing, editing, and design capabilities across Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, or public relations preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or PR.
• Financial Industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy and ensure consistency across all marketing communications and materials.
• Develop and execute PR and communications strategies to raise brand awareness.
• Manage the firm’s LinkedIn and social media with engaging content.
• Execute email marketing campaigns for client engagement, prospect nurturing, events, and business development.
• Maintain marketing collateral aligned with brand standards and priorities.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure quality and adherence to scopes of work.
• Ensure all materials are reviewed and approved through the firm’s compliance review process prior to publication.
• Own and manage the marketing budget across initiatives, vendors, campaigns, and tools.
