Job summary

BHDP is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator in Cincinnati to support business development, internal communications, PR, events, and digital marketing. You will coordinate content, campaigns, and materials to strengthen BHDP's brand and showcase the firm's expertise.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the role requires strong writing, CMS experience (Drupal preferred), social media content creation, and project management to ensure timely, on-brand delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with CMS (Drupal preferred) and SEO best practices.
• Experience creating engaging social media content across platforms.
• Photography and video editing experience.
• SharePoint or similar intranet experience.
• Experience with marketing tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Support business development by coordinating proposals, presentations, and pursuit materials.
• Maintain marketing content libraries and digital asset management systems.
• Assist with OpenAsset and Shred.ai integration for marketing efficiency.
• Coordinate internal communications via SharePoint and other channels.
• Support onboarding activities and onboarding-related marketing assets.
• Coordinate public relations activities: media outreach, press releases, awards submissions.
• Manage the firm's podcast program from planning to publication.
• Plan and execute marketing-led events and firm celebrations.
• Provide website and social media support to maintain consistent brand presence.
