Laird Norton Wetherby is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand execution, community events, and thought leadership for UHNW clients. You will build robust marketing programs, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and partner with leadership to align strategy with business goals.

The role emphasizes foundation work in year one—ICP validation, operational systems, and a measurable marketing framework—before expanding events and content initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of marketing experience in financial services, wealth management, or related regulated industry.
• Demonstrated ability to execute brand and marketing across multiple channels.
• Experience managing external agencies and coordinating with internal teams.
• Familiarity with UHNW or family office client segment preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce), Marketo, and digital analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand positioning into consistent execution across channels and audiences.
• Own communications and promotion strategy for events portfolio.
• Support development of educational programs and communications that build community.
• Cultivate strong relationships across clients, employees, COI, and partners.
• Manage content program production, calendar, and compliance routing.
