Job summary

NJ Bio, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to drive commercial growth across CRDMO offerings, with a focus on antibody-drug conjugates and related modalities.

This role, based in the Greater Boston region, will proactively build new client relationships and expand existing accounts through strategic partnerships. Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, commercial strategy, or partnerships in CRO/CDMO or biotech
• Proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue growth
• Experience with strategic partnerships, licensing, collaborations or technology commercialization
• Knowledge of ADCs, AOCs, linker-payloads or related technologies is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial BD strategy for ADC/AOC and CRDMO services
• Identify and cultivate new clients, markets, and strategic partnerships
• Lead proposals, negotiations, pricing discussions with cross-functional teams
• Manage and expand key accounts and pipeline
• Represent the company at conferences and client engagements
• Provide market intelligence and recommendations to leadership
