Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 4+ years of FP&A, finance, accounting, or relevant experience.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting experience.
• Experience supporting executive reporting and strategic planning.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Analyze business performance and deliver insights to leadership.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages.
• Monitor operating expenses and support data-driven decision making.
• Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and efficiencies.
• Partner with finance, operations, and business leaders across the organization.
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.
