Limitless East Marketing is seeking an organized Event Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute a range of events from concept to completion. You will liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless experiences and measurable results.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, proven event planning experience, and excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar with successful event planning.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish per requirements and objectives.
• Liaise with clients to identify needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Source and negotiate with vendors for best prices and services.
• Develop and manage event budgets for cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare event proposals, invitations, and promotional materials.
