829 Studios in Boston seeks a Strategy Director to lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies grounded in data-driven insights, customer segmentation, and holistic campaign planning across search, social, email, SEO, programmatic, and PR.

You will mentor the account team, craft creative briefs, oversee research and analytics, define KPIs, and translate findings for C‑level executives, while partnering with sales to win new business and expand client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital marketing with senior strategic responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategy.

• Experience across multiple marketing channels.

Responsibilities
