Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience in Marketing & Communications or similar field.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Advanced to expert knowledge of marketing campaign management across channels.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Marketing Officer in maintaining a consistent corporate image.
• Support key business line leaders with customer experience management, sales support, PR activities and market opportunities.
• Lead department risk and control framework, audit readiness, compliance integration into marketing workflows, and vendor governance.
• Oversee promotions and campaigns to support selling bank products and services.
• Oversee development of presentation materials for executives and ensure website content is compliant and engaging.
• Lead marketing strategies and budgets for key lines of business and company initiatives.
• Oversee the marketing budget including reforecasting and planning.
