Exante360, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Director to lead and evolve the marketing function into a strategic, data-informed growth engine.

You will guide brand positioning, digital marketing, and analytics, partnering with leadership to drive long-term growth in the A/E and professional services sectors. The role emphasizes AI-enabled marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable ROI, with a fully remote work arrangement and a Southern California focus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• Experience within or closely aligned to the Architecture / Engineering (A/E) or professional services industry strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic marketing plans tied to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience marketing technology-enabled services, digital platforms, SaaS products, automation solutions, or innovation-driven professional services is a plus.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts, emerging technologies, and innovation initiatives in a clear, credible, and market-relevant manner.
• Deep expertise in marketing analytics, KPI development, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and brand development.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, data analytics, or other emerging technologies to improve efficiency, decision-making, collaboration, or business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Lead the transition of marketing from tactical to strategic, data-driven discipline.
• Partner with Principals to align marketing with business development and market sector growth.
• Own brand ownership and market positioning across platforms and client touchpoints.
• Implement a data-informed framework with KPIs and dashboards to measure ROI.
• Lead digital channels including website, LinkedIn, SEO, and campaigns for visibility.
• Manage and develop the marketing team and consultants/vendors.
• Oversee marketing materials, proposals, and client-facing content, aligned with brand standards.
