Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of corporate event management and marketing support.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media management and content creation.
• Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
• Knowledge of event planning tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and collaborate with design team for promotional materials.
• Coordinate with executives and department heads to understand objectives and manage event requests.
• Maintain relationships with sponsors, vendors, and partners to boost visibility.
• Plan and execute conferences, trade shows, seminars, and company meetings.
• Manage venue selection, contracts, catering, A/V, transportation, and accommodations.
