• Coordinate client-facing events and conferences including registration, logistics, communications, and budget.
• Coordinate vendors, speakers, catering, and AV teams for events.
• Oversee marketing assets, manage inventory, and handle procurement needs and shipping for tradeshows.
• Coordinate on-site logistics with the sales and marketing team for smooth delivery.
• Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify improvements in client engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
