The role requires collaboration with executives, managing budgets, and ensuring events align with corporate branding and objectives. Strong communication, project management, and design tool proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate event management and marketing support is required.
• Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and collaterals.
• Coordinate with executives and department heads to capture objectives for events.
• Maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and vendors to boost brand visibility.
• Lead planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, seminars, and company meetings.
• Manage venue selection, contracts, catering, A/V, transportation, and accommodations.
• Develop detailed event timelines and keep tasks on schedule and budget.
• Serve as primary on-site contact during events and oversee setup and teardown.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth operations.
• Address issues during events to ensure attendee experience.
• Develop and manage event budgets and post-event financial reports.
• Track performance and ROI; report attendance and satisfaction metrics.
