Job summary

Legacy Farmer is seeking a highly organized Temporary Marketing Coordinator to cover a leave of absence beginning in January 2027 for 12 weeks. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role handles internal systems, asset management, and coordinating marketing activities to support farm families.

The ideal candidate writes well, stays organized under deadlines, and manages email campaigns, content calendars, and multi-channel campaigns across email, social, and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or campaign leadership.
• Proven independent decision-making and strong written communication.
• Experience sending email campaigns and managing a content calendar.
• Comfort working autonomously in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Write, schedule, and send member emails and community posts following the internal calendar.
• Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across email, organic and paid social, including retargeting.
• Support event promotion and post-event follow-up to attendees and members.
• Track performance numbers for email, social, paid, and Circle; summarize insights.
