Legacy Farmer is seeking a highly organized Temporary Marketing Coordinator to cover a leave of absence starting January 2027 for 12 weeks. This role focuses on internal systems, asset management, and marketing coordination under the Marketing Manager.

Ideal candidates write well, stay deadline-driven, and care about the farm families we serve. A handoff and documented processes are planned before start, plus a calendar of due items.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing strategy, brand management, or campaign leadership.
• Strong writing/editing and independent decision-making.
• Experience sending email campaigns and managing a content calendar.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Remote work experience in a fully virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal marketing and calendar-driven communications.
• Support retention, renewal emails, and brand voice consistency.
• Embed and report on multi-channel campaigns (email, social).
• Coordinate events, pre/post promotion, and attendee follow-up.
• Draft interview questions and coordinate with interviewers.
• Pull basic performance metrics and summarize insights.
• Serve as Marketing liaison to other departments as needed.
