Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in marketing, communications or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives.
• Support the firm’s social media presence, including coordinating announcements and firm updates.
• Help prepare and organize marketing materials, presentations, and other communications used in client development efforts.
• Provide support for attorney business development initiatives, including preparation of materials and coordination of outreach efforts.
• Assist with updates to website content and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate logistics and materials for firm events, conferences, and client-facing programs.
• Maintain and organize marketing templates, collateral, and internal resources.
• Assist with the preparation of submissions for legal directories, awards, and industry recognitions.
• Assist with internal communications and firm announcements.
• Coordinate with administrative teams on firm initiatives involving multiple departments.
• Provide general project support for marketing initiatives as the firm continues to grow.
