SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a motivated Practice Group Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of law firm experience and a deep understanding of the professional services industry.

The role reports to the Senior Practice Group Marketing Manager and aims to drive revenue through brand building and client development as a thought leader in campaigns, programs, and initiatives focused on retention, growth, and new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing/business development in a professional services setting.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Depth of understanding of the litigation practice.

Responsabilités

• Develop and support marketing and business development plans for practice groups with senior leadership.
• Support short- and long-term strategic sales plans to grow the firm’s revenue, with focus on client retention and cross-selling.
• Identify targets and support programs, events, sponsorships to drive revenue.
• Guide practice-specific strategies and liaise between practice group and marketing functions.
• Communicate sales strategies to attorneys for implementation across regions.
• Coordinate activities with business development and marketing teams across the firm.
• Execute marketing activities for assigned practice groups (Business/Litigation).
• Develop materials: qualifications, pitch decks, matter lists, and website content.
• Assist with RFP/RFI responses with Pitch & Proposal teams.
• Manage events, sponsorships, client dinners, and related activities.
• Assist with thought leadership initiatives: speaking engagements, webinars, blogs, whitepapers.
