Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support the firm’s litigation marketing efforts in New York. You will collaborate with attorneys and the BD team to create high-quality pitches, proposals, and RFP responses, while developing marketing materials and overseeing sponsorships and events.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, law, or business and at least five years of marketing experience, with preferred exposure to litigation groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, law or business (required).
• At least 5 years of marketing professional experience (required).
• Experience supporting Litigation group (preferred).
• Knowledge of legal and professional services marketing fields.
• Excellent communication and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and produce pitches, proposals and RFP responses with attorneys and BD team.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials including practice descriptions and attorney bios.
• Manage sponsorships and partnerships to maximize ROI.
• Research clients, prospects, and competitors to support meetings and cross-selling.
• Coordinate submissions for legal directories, awards and rankings relevant to litigation.
• Collaborate with events team to plan client events, seminars and webinars.
• Work with marketing and communications on media relations and digital initiatives.
• Build knowledge of litigation practice areas to support marketing strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
