Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a motivated Practice Group Marketing Specialist with 3+ years in marketing or business development. A bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or Business is a plus, with preference for law firm experience and litigation knowledge.

The role reports to the Senior Practice Group Marketing Manager and aims to drive revenue through brand building, client development, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a marketing/business development-related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or Business.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Depth of understanding of the litigation practice.
• Experience with litigation research tools such as PACER, Monitor Suite, Lex Machina, Docket Navigator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iManage and other firm applications; Salesforce and WordPress familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support marketing and business development plans for the practice group.
• Drive revenue through brand building and client development as a thought leader.
• Execute tasks in line with strategic business plans and firm strategy.
• Collaborate with practice group leaders and firm leadership to implement plans.
• Coordinate with attorneys and marketing managers across the firm on campaigns and events.
• Manage thought leadership activities: speaking engagements, webinars, blogs, whitepapers.
