Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, graphics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional marketing or communications experience, ideally within the A/E/C industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) and Office365.
• Knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Positive and curious attitude; self-starter with willingness to learn.
• Capability to create and edit persuasive non-technical copy.
• Ability to coordinate photography with studio leads.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications team to support new business initiatives and brand growth.
• Conceptualize, research, and produce marketing materials, RFQ/RFP responses, and presentations.
• Research clients and market trends to support business development with studio leaders.
• Support and conduct client development meetings with leadership.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials and our Deltek Vantagepoint database.
• Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy.
