The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) seeks a strategic Manager of Marketing and Communications to lead integrated marketing, communications, and editorial initiatives. The position is based in Mendota Heights, MN, with on-site collaboration and designated remote days.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
10+ years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, communications, PR, journalism, content strategy, or related field
3-5 years of people leadership and success developing strategy while executing it
Experience developing and executing integrated marketing and communications initiatives, including plans, presentations, and reports
Experience leading complex projects and building cross-functional relationships

Responsibilities

Lead and manage ARRT's marketing and communications activities.
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Provide strategic advisory to organizational leaders translating initiatives into clear communications and branding.
Oversee brand standards, editorial governance, and content across channels.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and talent development.
Collaborate across departments and with digital teams to ensure cohesive stakeholder experiences.
