Qualifications

• One year of experience in policy support, government affairs, project coordination, research, or administrative support.
• Experience with legislative tracking or bill monitoring tools is a plus.
• ARRT certification and registration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track Government Affairs initiatives, ensuring assignments, deadlines, and deliverables are completed on time.
• Monitor project workflows, identify barriers, escalate concerns, and support process improvements.
• Facilitate communication among internal stakeholders and external partners to support goals.
• Prepare status reports, meeting agendas, briefing materials, and other Government Affairs documentation.
• Coordinate department meetings and activity logistics, including follow-up on action items.
