Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications or a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Social media management proficiency.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to develop and foster professional relationships.
• Video collateral development experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage communications content and assets.
• Lead projects from inception to completion with editorial, design, and media teams.
• Develop and implement strategic email campaigns.
• Plan national conference logistics and presence.
• Coordinate conference outreach and client relationships.
• Assist with RFQ/RFP responses.
