Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to support the company’s communications across the organization. The role partners with department leaders to understand priorities and manages the enterprise pulse survey program and communications reporting.

You will write, edit, and manage content across channels, lead analytics, and oversee project plans, ensuring brand standards are maintained and messages reach target audiences effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, English, or related field.
• 7–10 years corporate communications, marketing, or PR experience.
• Experience with survey, email marketing, and media monitoring tools.
• Strong writing, editing, and data storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with corporate leaders to understand priorities and manage marketing/communications needs.
• Manage enterprise pulse survey program and communications reporting.
• Lead development of marketing/communications materials from concept to delivery with creative direction.
• Oversee editorial calendar and project plans for corporate initiatives; coordinate with Marketing, Creative Services, and Communications teams.
• Lead communications analytics, track engagement, and present insights to senior leadership.
• Coach and mentor team members; identify process improvements and travel as needed.
