Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, English, or related field.
Proven ability to write, edit, and manage communications with AP style.
Experience with enterprise survey programs and analytics.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted communications counselor to corporate department leaders and craft clear messages.
Lead development of marketing and communications materials from concept to delivery.
Manage editorial calendars and project plans across corporate initiatives.
Oversee the enterprise pulse survey program, design, cadence, and insights delivery.
Coordinate messaging with internal teams to align timing and channels.
Write, edit, and manage content across newsletters, intranet, websites, and video.
Lead analytics and reporting on communications performance and drive improvements.
Review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and brand standards.
Coach and mentor communications staff and foster professional development.
Identify process improvements and participate in relevant professional groups.
