Job summary

Hensel Phelps seeks a Marketing and Communications Lead to grow the company’s presence through client development, marketing outreach, and project procurement. You will design proposals, marketing collateral, client qualifications, and presentations, and steer national conference planning efforts.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in communications with 5–10 years of experience, are highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite, and possess strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications or relevant field.
• 5–10 years of marketing/communications experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent presentation and proposal development skills.
• Experience with social media management and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design proposal content, marketing collateral, client qualifications, and presentations.
• Lead communication projects from inception to completion with editorial, design, and media teams.
• Develop and implement strategic email campaigns for marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate on conference planning and logistics for national events.
• Coordinate conference prepositioning with market and regional teams to maximize business development value.
• Support responses to RFQs and RFPs as needed.
