Qualifications

• Experience in a media relations or communications role.
• Advanced writing, editing and proofing skills.
• Proven ability in writing press releases, talking points, and digital content.
• Experience working with social media channels, social media management tools, and WordPress or similar CMS.
• Ability to identify and develop compelling story ideas and messages, as well as provide compelling and polished content.
• Ability to understand PR, social, and website analytics and develop strategies around those metrics.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage strategic communications campaigns with internal teams and external agencies.
• Create and maintain content/editorial calendars for key practice areas and initiatives.
• Write and edit press releases, web copy, intranet content, newsletters and alerts.
• Monitor market trends and platform developments to advise leadership.
• Track and report media mentions, social engagement, and share of voice by market.
• Oversee project timelines to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with outside agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Support branding and business development initiatives across the firm.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
