Job summary

Vedder Chicago seeks a Marketing & Client Development Coordinator to support marketing and business development across all practice groups. You will draft proposals and RFP responses, update attorney bios, and maintain marketing collateral.

The role requires strong communication and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a hybrid work model, opportunities to contribute across teams, and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of marketing, business development or proposal experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

Drafts and produces marketing proposals and RFP responses using existing content and new materials.
Edits and updates practice pages, collateral and attorney bios; drafts key messaging and brochures.
Maintains case lists, descriptions, and client lists for pitches and proposals.
Provides research support using research databases; submits to directories like Chambers and Legal 500.
Drafts internal and external communications and posts to website and social media.
Supports events team with seminars and onsite logistics.
Assists with special projects as needed.
