Border Bank seeks a Marketing & Communications Director to lead a scalable, data-driven function across multiple markets in North Dakota and Minnesota. The role reports to the CEO and drives revenue growth, brand strength, and customer engagement through integrated campaigns and banker enablement.

You'll build partnerships with executives, manage budgets and teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and align marketing with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Ten+ years of progressive marketing or communications experience.
• Leadership of strategy development and hands-on execution across multiple markets.
• Experience managing enterprise budgets, agencies, and marketing tech.
• Strong written and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an enterprise-wide marketing and communications strategy.
• Advise executive leadership on growth opportunities and market positioning.
• Translate goals into marketing plans with KPI targets tied to revenue.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and performance tracking.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all communications.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Represent Border Bank in the community and industry.
