Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of analytics experience in pharma/healthcare or data-driven commercial environments.
• Proven experience designing analytics studies including MMM, A/B testing, HCP segmentation, and targeting.

Responsabilités

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on brand performance using claims, CRM data, and promotional data.
• Develop insights on prescribers, patient access dynamics, and channel performance.
• Design promotional evaluations (digital, field, non-personal) to isolate ROI and attribution.
• Lead predictive modeling initiatives (HCP targeting, segmentation, call optimization).
• Collaborate with stakeholders on methodologies, prioritization, and readouts.
• Maintain marketing mix models to guide quarterly spend and quantify channel contribution.
• Translate findings into clear presentations for senior leaders.
• Lead quarterly reviews and brand planning with data-driven recommendations.
